        (8 hours/ day of theory and practical tests – 2 hours of final written exam)

      3. CONVEYANCE OF THE MOST EFFECTIVE SALES TECHNIQUES EXISTING IN EVERY STAGE
      4. CREATION OF A CUSTOMIZED SALES SCRIPT OR “SCENARIO”
      5. IMMEDIATE OPERATIONAL CHECKS BY CONDUCTING PRACTICAL TESTS AND SIMULATIONS FOR EVERY PROCESS AND TECHNIQUE TAUGHT
      6. The school will also deal with related subjects, such as:
        • PRACTICAL ASPECTS RELATED TO CUSTOMER PSYCHOLOGY;
        • PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF HYPNOTIC SALES TECHNIQUES;
        • RECOGNITION AND INTERPRETATION OF THE MAIN INVOLUNTARY SIGNALS MADE BY CUSTOMERS;
        • USAGE OF THE NON/PARA-VERBAL LANGUAGE BETWEEN CUSTOMER- SELLER
      7. UPON SCHOOL COMPLETION, PARTICIPANTS SHALL TAKE A WRITTEN EXAM (ELECTIVE, BUT SURELY RECOMMENDED).
        • THE EXAM CONSISTS OF 5 DETAILED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PROCESSES OF THE METHOD TAUGHT.
        • EACH ANSWER IS ASSESSED DEPENDING ON 4 DIFFERENT ASPECTS.
        • THE SCORE FOR EACH SEPARATE ASPECT WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE FINAL SCORE.
        • THE MAXIMUM SCORE THAT CAN BE OBTAINED IS 100 POINTS OUT OF 100.
        • The exam is deemed to have been successfully passed and the method acquired if a minimum score of 70 points out of 100 is achieved. (achieving this minimal score shows that the candidate has acquired the method, as such that they are capable of applying it sufficiently effective).
      8. CORRECTION OF ALL EXAMS, SCORES ACHIEVED AND THEIR SIGNIFICANCE ARE CONFIDENTIAL AND SHALL BE NOTIFIED IN WRITING DIRECTLY TO EVERY PARTICPANT OR RESERVED TO YOUR COMPANY’S MANAGEMENT.
      9. ALSO, EACH CANDIDATE WILL BE ISSUED WITH AN ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE AND AN ADDITIONAL CERTIFICATE UPON PASSING THE EXAM.

      School may take place in a suitable meeting room within the company or, alternately, in an external location, organized to such effect.
      Upon request, we can provide AFTER- SCHOOL COACHING, directly on “the field” of customers, along with the traders to have attended the school.
      Possibility to take PRACTICAL EXAMS, including result and grade, via coaching in effective sales negotiations to customers.
