What is really a method?

In the processes of the companies, “the method” is the overall rules and principles adopted and used to obtain an efficient action and reach an objective.

It is a real OPERATIVE PROCEDURE!

Instead, the definition of Company is the overall assets organized by the contractor for the activity of the enterprise.

So, from the two definitions above it results that
1. There is a Company only if there is a contractor which organizes the assets for the activity of the company.

2. Any operation within the company can be organized only through a method.

“The method” becomes essential for any operation, on the spot as well as continuous, decided to be performed inside a company in order to reach a certain purpose.

The contractor, in the organization of his company, once the object (product or service) to produce and/or sell is decided, must organize all stages of the processing and/or the sale. To do this, he must decide the method which shall lead to the result.

In all choices we make we follow a method, sometimes unconsciously, other times scientifically, but always to obtain the present objective.

THE METHOD IS THE THREEAD WHICH UNITES THE START PROJECT WITH THE RESULT!
